Security SIM Support. - Before contacting us please carry out these checks.

1. Ensure your SIM has credit. 

  • You can check your balance here >  Check Balance
  • Or Add a Top Up and Your new updated balance will be shown > Add Top Up .

2.  Step 2 (If you have credit on your SIM)  Reboot / Switch Off & On Your Alarm

  • If your Security SIM has not been used for over 2 months your alarm dialler may have gone in to sleep mode.
  • Please power down your alarm for 10 minutes then switch back on / reboot.
  • After a further 10 to 15 Minutes your alarm should now be back on the SIM network.
  • Please test your alarm at least every 2 months.
